Sterling silver tarnishes differently on each person depending on body chemistry. We don’t recommend wearing any JULIAN & Co. pieces while cleaning with harsh chemicals. For removing tarnish and polishing, we recommend our polishing cloth.

Please allow two weeks for delivery. Gold orders take three weeks. Order status will remain at "processing" until shipped. The day orders ship an automated email is sent our with status update to "shipped" with a tracking number. Shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed. Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking is available for orders within the U.S. Tracking is not available for orders shipped outside the U.S.. Transit time for orders shipped ex U.S. is 3 - 4 weeks.
